The concept of the food menu from Maryland’s Chef Vinny Tumminello is from-scratch tapas, or small plates, including made-to-order deviled eggs, cheese boards. jalapeno bacon-wrapped shrimp, and limoncello risotto, as well as more traditional elevated pub fare like Kobe beef burgers.
